training update

National Business Agent Nick Vafiades, the NALC Region 2 Office, and the WSALC has arranged for the following in-person training.
IMPORTANT UPDATE: 1 Class remains for 2024 – See Below
Registration cost per person is $580.00, as of June 2023. (*Note, this is a small increase).
As of 1/1/2025, the cost is going up to $600.00 per person as costs have increased at the Huston Center.
Shop Steward College – Sunday September 15th – 19th, 2024 “Defenses to Discipline” – Year 3
This week-long course will focus primarily on Article 16 of the National Agreement, and will include grievance writing and other class participation. Please bring a laptop or similar device for the week.
Year 1 – Class 2 – Basic Shop Steward College – Sunday September 22nd – 26th, 2024
This class is full, and we are no longer accepting registrations as of 7/19/2024.
